Community Seed Swap

4/18/2025

Seed packets are being labeled, each note telling the accession number and the micro-climate it came from so recipients understand the story with every sample.

I humidity-test the envelopes before wrapping them in waxed paper so the seeds stay dry until the swap on the 18th.

Attendees are urged to bring their own tweezers, to clean them with alcohol, and to leave bulbs at home so we stay within permit limits.

We will offer a brief demo on how to read the seed tags and pre-sow Martagons in flats ahead of the spring rush.

The swap ends with tea on the porch and a reminder that the shared catalog on meqwon.com is updated nightly so guests can plan their visits.
